Message from the Center Director
Hi my name is Marites, I am the Nominated Supervisor at Brightly Early Learning Centres Gables. I have dedicated the past 10 years of my career to acquiring a wide range of skills and knowledge to foster a nurturing and safe environment for children. As an experienced professional in the childcare industry, I have successfully managed and coordinated daily operations in numerous childcare centres, ensuring compliance with state regulations and implementing age-appropriate curricula.
I am skilled in leading a team of educators, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and creating an engaging and nurturing environment for the children under my care. My passion for working with children, combined with my strong leadership skills and attention to detail, has allowed me to develop and maintain positive relationships with both parents and staff members.
I believe that a positive work-life balance is essential for well-being and overall success. Brightly ensures each employee is supported and provided with a work-life balance. Hence, I am truly grateful to be part of this organisation that values its employees and creates an environment where they can grow both professionally and personally.
