Hi, I’m Kanch Madu, I am the Nominated Supervisor at Brightly Early Learning Centre Riverstone. I bring a decade of valuable experience to the field of childcare. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of managing and coordinating daily operations in various childcare settings, consistently upholding state regulations and implementing age-appropriate curricula. Leading a team of educators, I’ve been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and procedures, fostering an engaging and nurturing atmosphere for the children entrusted to our care.

My passion for working with children, coupled with my adept leadership skills and meticulous attention to detail, has allowed me to cultivate positive relationships with both parents and fellow staff members. I firmly believe that a harmonious work-life balance is crucial for personal and professional success. In my pursuit of this balance, I am grateful to be associated with an organization that prioritises its employees’ well-being.

At Brightly Early Learning Centres, where I’ve found a professional home, the commitment to excellence in childcare is evident. I am grateful to be associated with an organisation that prioritises the highest standards of care for children while diligently upholding the National Quality Standard (NQS). The emphasis on meeting and exceeding these benchmarks ensures that each child in our care receives the best possible foundation for their early development. I am genuinely thankful to be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional childcare services and contributing to the well-being and growth of the next generation. Looking ahead, I am excited about the prospect of continuing to uphold these high standards at Brightly Early Learning Centres.

Message from the Educational Leader

Early years in my life, I had a dream to become a teacher. As I believed, the teacher is a superhero who can change the life of a child to become a better and a better person in their own way. Today, I have experienced that the education is the key for opening various opportunities.

As an educational leader, I can directly observe children, observe educator’s interactions with the children and make suggestions on how to improve those interactions for a better intentional teaching practice. Overall, I can establish clear goals, and expectations for teaching, and support in creating holistic children.

As an Educational leader, my primary vision is to support for the continuous improvement of all the areas in our centre to provide high quality care and a vison for children’s learning and development.

Today, the world changes every second with new opportunities. As an educational leader, I work along with my team of educators to create, improve and redesign new educational programs and practices to provide new learning opportunities for children. I always make an effort to involve families and community to educational curriculums for sharing ideas and knowledge. I can remember one of the greatest saying by Teacher Lee Ferguson, “ One of my favourite parts of having taught for so long is that you teach every year, but you learn along the way that there’s stuff you could always do better. And you think on it, marinate in that reflection and plan for the next group of kids you get to teach’’.
