Enrolment & Getting Started

Starting your journey with Brightly is simple and welcoming. We invite you to book a personalised tour, meet our passionate educators, and experience our centre in action. From there, our team will guide you through a smooth, supportive enrolment process every step of the way.

Yes, due to strong demand, some age groups may have limited availability. We recommend joining our waitlist early to secure your preferred days and ensure a seamless start.

We welcome children from 6 weeks to 6 years of age, with thoughtfully designed programs tailored to each stage of development.

Absolutely. We encourage families to visit, explore our beautiful learning spaces, and see firsthand how we create an environment where children feel safe, confident, and inspired.

A Day at Brightly

Each day is thoughtfully planned to balance learning, play, and care. Children enjoy:

Our environment encourages curiosity, confidence, and joyful discovery.

We aim to make mornings easy for families. We provide meals, nappies, and wipes. Please bring:

  • A labelled water bottle
  • Two changes of clothes (season-appropriate)
  • A wide-brimmed hat for outdoor play
  • Any comfort items needed for rest time

Safety & Care

Your child’s safety is our highest priority. We maintain a secure, nurturing environment with attentive supervision, structured routines, and strict safety practices.

We will contact you immediately and ensure your child is cared for in a calm, comfortable environment until they are collected.

Yes. With written consent and clear instructions, trained educators safely administer medication and ensure it is securely stored.

Fees & Attendance

We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, supporting families with busy schedules across Greater Sydney.

Standard fees apply for absences. However, families may be eligible for up to 42 allowable absences per financial year under the Child Care Subsidy (CCS).

Our centres are closed on public holidays.

Yes. Many of our centres offer enriching programs such as yoga, music, movement, and nature-based learning experiences.

Absolutely. All our centres are egg- and nut-free, and we accommodate allergies and dietary needs to ensure every child is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

We use the Storypark app to keep you closely connected. Educators share photos, updates, meals, sleep times, and learning stories throughout the day—so you never miss a moment.
